MEFTING IIELD AUGUST 24, 19B7 <br />MINNIIRA1'A CREEK WATERSHED D DISTRICT APPOINTMENTS <br />City Administrator Bernhardson note(' tho vacancie crl <br />the Minnehaha Watershed District along with 3 letter <br />LLom the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District with <br />three individuals named that would like to fill the <br />vacancies. <br />City Attorney Blatz explained the reasons for the the <br />two vacancies. <br />Mayor Grabek suggEst�d 'hat the Executive Director of <br />the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, currently <br />Frank Mixa, serve as the LMCD represenative on the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. No formal action <br />was taken. <br />PUBLIC INFORFIATION - EVALUATTON <br />City Administrator Bernhardson <br />explained the issue of� <br />determineing whetter the City <br />of Orono will continue) <br />with the "Mayor's Article" on a <br />monthly basis or budget <br />for ;_ d.fferent format for its <br />monthly "newsletter" to <br />the community.
