Rick Denneson <br />Rick Denneson was hired April 15, 1987 as a Community Service <br />officer with primary duties of animal control. We added the <br />Cities of Minnetonka Beach and Spring Park where he puts in <br />assigned weekly hours and the City of Long Lake (on a call out <br />basis only) to our animal control contract. <br />Rick has done an excellent job In the position, receiving many <br />accolades and only two complaints. <br />I request his pay be Increased from $5.19 to $5.562, effective <br />April 1S, 1988. <br />Tog Mayor and City Council yyi�'Fnn�// <br />FROM- Mark Bernhardson, City AdministratoU <br />Forwarded recommending approval. As he is working lees than 28 <br />hours per week his compensation is not directly governed by the <br />compensation plan. The recommended increase reflects a 3% <br />inflationary adjustment for January plus a step increase from 85 <br />to 981 of top for completion of the first year.
