If you choose to continue use of the rear holding tank until March <br />1, 1988 to serve the two cabins after completion of the connection of <br />the rear duplex unit to sewer, the remaining portion of unused sewer <br />line shall be removed, and the tank inlet formerly serving the rear <br />unit shall be ism, diately cemented shut and removed upon connection of <br />that rear duplex unit to sewer. <br />A copy of the settlement agreement regarding assessment for Municipal <br />sewer is attached for your information, as is Section 9.02, Subdivision 1 <br />of the Municipal Code.
