AT <br />G <br />TO: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />FROM: Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector <br />DATE: May 11, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: 1536 Lyric Avenue - Chronological List Update <br />As per your request I am enclosing two chronological lists for <br />this property dated July 12, 1987 Hazardous Building Action and <br />November 17, 1987 Junk and Debris - 'noperable Vehicles. <br />The following is a continuation of these lists. <br />September 3, 1987 Ernst House Movers obtain permit to lift <br />existing structure. <br />September 28, 1987 Footing inspection conducted by Lyle Oman. <br />October 12, 1987 Mr. Henke obtained a pe-m't for addition to <br />existing structure. <br />October 13, 1987 Plumbing inspection made by Tom Jacobs - All <br />OK - Need plumbing permit. <br />October 23, 1987 Foot.ng and foundation inspection made by <br />Lyle Cman - Everything OK. <br />November 17, 1987 An inspection was conducted at the site. <br />Found violations as follows: <br />a) Storage of refuse <br />b) Permitting a public nuisance maintaining <br />conditions which annoy the public <br />c) J.jnk cars, furniture and etc. <br />d) Exterior storage in residential district <br />e) Improperly storing waste materials <br />f) Not providing an exit <br />November 19, 1987 Letter sent pertaining to inspection - <br />included was a warning citation and <br />notifir;�*ion that corrections were to be <br />made wi• n 7 days. <br />November 25, 1987 Meeting on cite with Mr. Henke items to be <br />removed by November 28, 1987. <br />November 26, 1987 Letter sent on deadline dates set at <br />meet I.
