This was confirmed and Mr. Henke was given until <br />April 5, 1983 to correct the matter. <br />July 31, 1984 Letter sent asking fir. Henke to appear before Council to <br />respond to reports of operating auto repair and abandoned <br />cars on property. <br />Aug. 20, 1984 Letter sent advising Mr. Henke that his scheduled appearance <br />was rescheduled to September 10, 1984. <br />Aug. 22, 1984 Inspection conducted at above subject property by Lyle Oman <br />found the following: <br />1.
