City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO, <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAM J. SINE, JR. <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember William J. Sime, Jr. submitted <br />his letter of resignation to the Orono City Council dated May 10, <br />1988; an.'i <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember William J.
