CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The project as reviewed herein is feasible as it relates to general <br />engineering principals and construction procedures. Based on information <br />contained in this report, it is recommended that: <br />1. This report be adapted by the City of Orono as a guide for <br />constructi:: :.: a storm water improvement on Casco Point Road. <br />2. The City conduct a legal and fiscal review of the project prior to a <br />public hearing. <br />3. A public hearing be held to determine further action to be taken. The <br />property owners in the watershel which are proposed to be assessed <br />should be notified for hearing purpoags. <br />4. Alternate II be followed in constructing the improvements. <br />5.
