Storm Water Improvement <br />1. <br />Direct staff to indertake a <br />public <br />improvement on <br />the schedule presented. <br />2. <br />Grant an extension to Waters <br />for r?storation <br />of the <br />property predicated on the <br />public <br />improvement. <br />3. <br />Table <br />4. <br />Determine if Council would allow <br />a <br />private <br />improvement with subsequent <br />public <br />maintenance. <br />5. <br />Allowing a private improvement <br />and <br />private <br />maintenance. <br />6. <br />Choose to take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommendeh that the Council explore with <br />Mr._Waters and Mr. Dennis the possihility of their undertaking <br />private improvement -itilizing the lA inch solution with the <br />understanding that the City would receive the necessary easements <br />and then take over maintenance of the line, once completed. <br />Absent that the staff recommends that Council consider furthering <br />the public improvement process as outlined in Attachment A. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by --1, that the Council <br />direct staff to work with the two affected property owners to <br />determine the appropriateness of private construction with <br />eventual public maintenance with attendant easements and the <br />Council grant an extension for restoration of the prop?rty during <br />the tendency of these improvements until 15 September 1988.
