Should the City choose to go out and bid this project out rather <br />than go with a contract addendum, it may have an impact as to <br />whether it will later be able utilize the proposed contract price <br />as an addendum. If the City chooses to bid it should have it bid <br />by the date for the public hearing, although enough time exists <br />to have that done. <br />The City of Spring Park's estimate on the feasibility was $25,000 <br />over what they had previously been given. Apparently for similar <br />reason. (It should additionally be noted that NSP has been <br />contacted and would be willing to bury most of the electrical <br />lines along County 15 for the "reasonable" price of ($200,000)). <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />Issue 1.
