Planning C 3ioner Hanson <br />interjected that such a proposal would inter- ith the well. <br />Kelley confirmed that the addition woulc; ,ot be any closer <br />to the garage than 6'. Hanson wanted confirmation that the fire <br />codes would be adhered to. Mabusth replied in the affirmative <br />and added that the windows would need to be examined for <br />compliance with fire codes. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Planning Commissioner Brown, seconded by <br />Planning Commissioner Johnson, to recommend approval of <br />application #1359, with the variance setback of 4' between the <br />garage and the porch, subject to staff recommendations. Motion, <br />Ayes-4, Nays-3 (Kelley, Bellows, Cohen) due to their belief that <br />other options could have been explored.
