Proposed Resolution <br />B. Notice of Planning Commission Action dated 11/22/88 <br />C. Memo and Exhibits of 11/9/88 <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of November 9, 1988. The <br />applicants are proposing to shift the lot line between their two <br />properties. Each lot will remain in excess of 2.08 acres in area. <br />The division will allow expansion of the Merkow front yard as well as <br />allow their driveway to be located further west. No existing or <br />future drainfield sites are affected by this rearrangement. <br />Planning Commission, at their 11/21/88 meeting, recommended <br />approval on a vote of 6-0. <br />Note that a vacation of the existing drainage and utility <br />easements is scheduled for the January Planning Commission meeting. <br />The applicants have granted new drainage and utility easements 5' <br />either side of the new division line. <br />STAFF RBCOPKEMATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the metes and bounds subdivision for <br />Merkow and Charlton at 2340 and 2380 Abingdon Way per the attached <br />resolution. <br />
