Cavan -- Dredging to remove approximatel_ <br />cu5ic yards of material from a boat slip on Forest Lake, Lake <br />Minnetonka, Sec. 7BA, City of Orono. <br />The Engineer reviewed the application for dredging for a <br />private boat slip noting that the applicant proposed to dredge to a <br />depth of 925.0. It was moved by Miller, seconded by Andre, that <br />the application be approved, limiting the bottom depth elevation, <br />however, to 925.4, consistent with prior District practice with <br />respect to this type of project and subject to review and approval <br />by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Upon vote, the <br />motion carried. <br />-74 - City of Plymouth -- Stormwater <br />onstruction of a skimmer and outlet for a <br />tormwat <br />e Pond, Sec. 29AD, City of <br />management plan for <br />ity designated <br />Plymouth. <br />The Engineer reviewed the application for stormwater <br />management plan approval. It was moved by Miller, seconded by <br />Andre, that the application be approved as recommended by the <br />Engineer. The Engineer noted that a 100 year <br />flood elevation has not been established for this subwatershed. It <br />was moved by Andre, seconded by Love, that the application be <br />approved subject to review and approval by the Minnesota Department <br />of Natural Resources; further, that the District request the DNR to <br />inspect the site and determine the boundaries of the wetland.
