CITY OF ORONO <br />:S NOTI•': B <br />K <br />The Planning Commission -ill hold public hearings in the Council Chambers <br />a at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, July 1.8, .988, at 7:00 p.m. on the <br />matter of reviewing the following land use app11.;ations: <br />1. #1300 Anthony Eiden, representing the property owners of 2290 and <br />2340 Abingdon Way, seeks a Conditional Use Permit for the installation <br />of a duck pond between the shared boundaries of both properties. <br />2. #1302 City of Orono seeks a Conditional Use Permit and variance <br />for the repair of portiona of Crystal Bay Road located within 75 feet <br />of the lakeshore of Lake Minnetonka. <br />" 3. #1303 Allan and Shirley Rezabek of 1989 Fagerness Point Road seek <br />a lakeshore setback varianc^ for the relocation of a privacy fence <br />along the side lot line. <br />4. #1304 Richard Bloomquist/nick's Super Vaiu at 3333 Shoreline Drive <br />seeks a parking setback variance, size of parking stall variance and <br />setback for the pylon sign as a result of required alterations of the <br />property resulting from improvements to Co'-inty Roads 15 and 19 within <br />Navarre. <br />i <br />5. 11305 Washington Scientific, Incorporated at 2605 West Wayzata <br />Boulevard seeks a Conditional Use Permit for the temporary stockpiling <br />of fill and proposed land alterations on the industrial site. <br />6. #1306 Metro Waste Control Commission seeks a Conditional Use <br />Permit to install a lift station at the property located at 3286 North <br />t Shore Drive. <br />;j 7. 11307 Doug Merz of 3195 Watertown Road seeks setback variances for <br />the installation of a grade level deck with railings. <br />8. #1308 Robert Owens of 1700 Bohns Point Road seeks a hardcover <br />variance within the 75-250 foot setback area for the reconstruction of <br />a lakeside deck. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The meeting <br />starts at 7:00 P.M. written comments are solicited.
