COPIES TO: <br />2290 Abingdon Way <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Conditional Use Permit <br />----------------------------------------------------------- <br />DATE OF MEETING: 7/18/88 VOTE: 6 For 0 Against <br />Planning Commission recommends the following: <br />Approval subject to conditions noted below <br />NOTES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1. No setback variances or no encroachment of the wetlands would be <br />recommended for approval. This would involve no encroachment of the <br />required setback area to the wetlands and that the pond would not be <br />installed within the designated wetland area or DNR protected wetland. <br />2. Applicant's surveyor was to provide confirmation of the dry buildable <br />area of Lots 8 and 9 prior to scheduling this application before the <br />meeting. <br />Staf can confirm that we are in receipt of your revised plans from <br />your surveyor confirming the two (2) acres of dry buildable area in each <br />lot after the installation of the poled. The amended plans also show that <br />the pond will be 26' from the designated wetland area. <br />The application will be scheduled before the Council for final action <br />at the August 8, 1988 meeting. Please advise the Building & Zoning <br />Department if you are unable to attend the scheduled meeting before the <br />Council. You may appoint an authorized agent to represent your interests <br />before the Council or you may wish to re -schedule the application if you <br />will be unable to attend the August 8th meeting. <br />
