Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation <br />August 3, 1988 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Additional Exhibit <br />Exhibit I - Amended Survey Confirming 26' Setback & Dry Contiguous <br />2 acres <br />The Planning Commission advised the applicant that they would not <br />approve a substandard setback from the designated wetlands at 201. They <br />advised the applicant that the plan had to be amended to show a 26' <br />setback. In addition, they asked that the applicant's surveyor provide <br />confirmation that each lot retain the 2 acres of dry contiguous land per <br />RR-lB zoning standards. Please review Exhibit I, the amended survey <br />submitted by Mark Gronberg that ccnf?.-ms a 26' setback from the designated <br />wetland area and also confirming 2 acres of dry contiguous lands within <br />Lots 8 and 9. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission recommendation tt-at refused to grant a setback variance, <br />recommending only approval of a conditional use permit for the pond, <br />subject to the conditions noted in the staff recommendation above. <br />
