�-:�q� Clt� o� ORONO 1 <br /> • . �,:�: <br /> �- x RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��'t',, NO. #13 5 5 . <br /> � ���. <br /> � <br /> � � � , A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #594 <br /> CHANGING THE RESTRICTION OF THE EAST <br /> LAKE STREET LAKE ACCESS TO STUBBS BAY <br /> WHEREAS, on April 22, 1975, the Orono City Council <br /> . adopted Resolution #594 restricting vehicular use of the lake <br /> access to Stubbs Bay off of East Lake Street due to the traffic <br /> and safety hazard existing at that access at that time, and <br /> WHEREAS, by this action all vehicular access to Stubbs <br /> Bay had been eliminated, and . <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the threa� of a <br /> traffic and safety hazard has been reduced because of the elimina- <br /> tion of the Stubbs Bay Marina. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council <br /> , does hereby _amend Resolution #594 and to change the restriction of <br /> the East Lake Street access to Stubbs Bay as follows : <br /> • 1 . Open the access for vehicular use from <br /> December lst to March lst of each year. . <br /> 2 . Install a gate. . <br /> 3. Post the access with a sign stating the <br /> time the access is closed. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a regular <br /> ' Council meeting on January 11, 1982. <br /> ' � A� <br /> William B.
