RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> � N0. 1348 <br /> � � <br /> • - • i <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING <br /> HEARING ON THE DUNWOODY AVENUE SANITARY <br /> SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1312 of the Council, <br /> adopted September 14, 1981, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Paul Smith property, <br /> (2477 Dunwoody Avenue - P. I.D. 20-117-23 22- 0015) by installing r <br /> municipal sanitary sewer and municipal watermain extensions, and this <br /> report was received by the Council on January 11, 1982 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono: • <br /> 1) The Council will consider the con.struction of such <br /> , sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of the sinqle <br /> benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> • improvement pursuant to Minnesot� Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br /> $28, 230. 00 . • � <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed � I' <br /> � improvement on Monday, May 10 , 1982 at � <br /> 7: 00 PM in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 ' <br /> South Brown Road, and the Clerk shall give <br /> mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by law. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br /> at a regular meeting held this 11 day of January , 1982. <br /> William .
