DIVISION 4.-LONG-TERM PRESERVATION • S <br /> Sec.78-1638.-Preservation requirements. <br /> The developer shall establish and implement measures that will ensure the preservation and maintenance of those elements of the <br /> development that are determined to require long-term or permanent protection from development or misuse.
