�tJ�� ry <br /> f . <br /> �:�;� C�t� o� ORONO '` <br /> d . <br /> �► - :�,� <br /> "' `" RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��� NO. 1347 .. <br /> �.. . � <br /> � �+'<�Y <br /> � � � ' A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF <br /> AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON A PROPERTY <br /> � LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 2, BLOCK 1, <br /> GREEN TREES ON TANAGER LAKE <br /> WHEREAS, on November 10, 1980, Council approved the relocati:on <br /> of an access easement through Lots 2 and 4, Block l, Green Trees on . <br /> Tanager Lake in favor of Lot 3, Block 1, Green Trees on Tanager Lake <br /> subject to the removal of an accessory structure on Lot 2, Block 1, - <br /> Green Trees on Tanager Lake, finding that said accessory structure will <br /> not meet the minimum setback required from the proposed road; removal <br /> of the accessory structure was to be completed prior to the issuance <br /> of a certificate of occupancy for the new residence being constructed <br /> on Lot 2, Block l, Green Trees on Tanager Lake; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 14, 1981, Council reviewed a petition <br /> by William D. Sexton the oRne� of Lot 2, Block 1, Green Trees on Tanager <br /> Lake asking that the accessory structure be allowed to remain until <br /> May 1, 1982, the owner claims the additional time is needed to allow <br /> •satisfactory disposal of the accessory structure. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the petition of William D�.�..Sexton subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1) The accessory structure is to be removed and <br /> the entire disturbed area restored and seeded <br /> by May l, 1982 . <br /> 2)� The accessory structure may not be used for <br /> habitation at any time prior to the agreed <br /> upon removal date of May l, 1982. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br /> at a regular meeting held on January 11, 1982. <br /> ���� <br /> William B.
