Applicant to provide a detailed grading and drainage plan specifically addressing <br />cuts into higher elevations for proposed construction along east side. <br />2. Upon the execution of this resolution that applicant agrees to retain asphalt drive <br />area as it currently serves City's needs for snow removal and storage. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions set forth on the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation.
