Zoning File #1831 <br />June 25, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br />eliminate turnaround area. Applicant asked that encumbrance not be placed on property. <br />Planning Commission conditioned approval on applicant agreeing to allow paved area to remain <br />and to continue to allow property to be used for snow removal and storage purposes by City. <br />The Planning Commission conditioned approval on the following: <br />1. Applicant to provide a detailed grading and drainage plan specifically addressing <br />cuts into higher elevations for proposed construction along east side. <br />2. Upon the execution of this resolution that applicant agrees to retain asphalt drive <br />area as it currently serves City's needs for snow removal and storage. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions set forth on the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation. Please review the staff memo of June 16th for more <br />background on this review. <br />lsv
