CITY OF ORONO -NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />• Parkway on Monday, June 21, 1993 for the purpose of reviewing the following land use <br />applications: <br />1. #1830 Richard F. Oorlog of 1058 Laina Linda Avenue , seeks approval of hardcover <br />variances for improvements proposed within the 0-75 ' and 250-500' setback area and an <br />average lakeshore setback and lakeshore setback variances for proposed additions to the <br />lakeside of the existing residence. <br />2 . #1831 Edward Engler of 3450 Birch Lane seeks approval of a hardcover variance within <br />the 75-250 ' setback zone for structural additions to the existing residence. <br />3. #1832 Scott A. Mabusth of 740 North Brown Road seeks approval of a setback variance <br />to allow an accessory structure to be placed in front of the front line of the existing <br />principal residence . <br />4. #1833 Laurence Elsen of 2879 Casco Point Road seeks approval of hardcover and street <br />setback variances for a proposed addition to the existing residence . <br />5 . #1834 Mary K. McCarty seeks approval of lot width and area variances for the purpose <br />of constructing a new residence on the property located at 245 Tonka Avenue . <br />6. #1835 David and Ellen Phelps of 1950 Fox Ridge Road seek approval of a front/street <br />setback variance for a proposed garage addition . <br />7. #1836 Ronald D. Lauer seeks approval of an average lakeshore setback, lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover variances within the 0-7 5' setback zone for a second story <br />bedroom addition to be installed over the existing residence of the property located at <br />1180 Tonkawa Road. <br />8. #1837 Cindy Fredrickson of 1516 Long Lake Boulevard seeks approval of rear , side <br />and hardcover variances to permit installation of a new detached garage. The detached <br />garage will also require a structural separation setback variance. The structure will be <br />placed less than 10' from existing residence . <br />9. #1838 Robert H. Owens of 1700 Bohn's Point Road seeks approval of land alterations <br />within the 0-75' setback zone of his property that would involve the installation of two <br />tiers of retaining wall to restore and retain eroding bank. <br />10. #1839 Robert H . Owens of 1700 Bo'1n 's Point Road seeks approval of hardcover <br />variances in the 75-250 ' setback area for structural additions to the existing residence.
