CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, May 17, 1993 on the matter of reviewing the following land use <br />applications: <br />1. #1820 Hennepin County Department of Environmental Management seeks approval of <br />a conditional use permit for repairs to an existing sea wall adjacent to the ramp at <br />Hennepin County's North Arm access. <br />2. #1822 Mark Prueter of 3215 Crystal Bay Road seeks approval of hardcover and side <br />setback variances for a second story addition to the rear and for the replacement of a <br />deck at the lakeside of the house. <br />3. #1823 Marge Rossing of 130 Cygnet Place seeks approval of a rear setback variance for <br />a proposed two story addition to the existing residence. <br />4. #1824 Eric and Shelly Liljequist of 3490 Birch Lane seek approval of hardcover and a <br />street setback variance for a proposed detached garage . <br />5 . #1826 Robert and Ann Henson of 2166 Shadywood Road seek approval of a hardcover <br />variance for the installation of a detached garage within the street yard and an average <br />lakeshore setback variance and lakeshore setback variance for a proposed deck at the lake <br />side of the existing residence. <br />6. #1827 Richard Henry Nelson of 3908 Cherry Avenue seeks approval of hardcover and <br />lakeshore setback variances for structural improvements to an existing residence <br />involving an expanded roof design and redesign of exterior windows. <br />7. · #1828 Christopher Tully of 1355 North Arm Drive seeks approval of a conditional use <br />permit to allow the construction of an accessory structure in the street/rear yard of the <br />through lot. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at the meeting.
