CITY OF ORONO -NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway at 7 :00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 1994 for the purpose of reviewing the following <br />land use applications: <br />1. #1902 Dan R. Guenther seeks approval of a conditional use permit for the installation <br />of a temporary greenhouse on a property owned by John Hallson located at 120 <br />Goldenview Drive. <br />2. #1904 Eric and Shelly Liljequist, the owners of 3490 Birch Lane, seek approval of lot <br />area and width variances to allow construction of a new residence. · <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting .
