Blixt <br />June <br />Permit Application No. 94-76: <br />LAKE MINNETONKA <br />Applicant: Eric and Shelly Liljequist <br />3490 Birch Lane <br />Orono, MN 55391 <br />Location: City of Orono, Tll7, R23, Section 8 <br />WATERSHED BOUNDARY <br />I <br />Purpose: Floodplain alteration involving reconstruction of <br />residence within floodplain of Lake Minnetonka. <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Liljequist: <br />At the regularly scheduled May 26, 1994 meeting of the Board of Managers, the <br />subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits: <br />1. Permit application 94-76 received May 5, 1994. <br />2. Site plan received May S, 1994. <br />3. Volume calculations received May 5, 1994. <br />4. City of Orono approval received May 5, 1994. <br />Action was taken approving your permit application pending receipt of Rule J fees <br />in the amount of $120.60. <br />Please note that due to size and complexity of certain projects, the Board <br />requires that site inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is <br />required to pay to the District a fee equal to the actual costs of field <br />inspection of the work, including investigation of the area affected by the work, <br />analysis of the work, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are <br />referred to as Rule J fees. <br />Please be advised that the project is not authorized until the above has been <br />submitted and you have been notified of permit issuance. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ellen B .
