Hardcover within the 75-250' setback area is proposed at 21.9% as a result of <br />these improvements. <br />This approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Applicants' residence shall be designed so that the first habitable floor of <br />residence is installed at the 933.5' MSL. <br />2. Applicants shall provide a grading and drainage plan that will include the <br />following: <br />a. Location of swale. <br />b. Width of swale. <br />c. Spot elevations confirming position drainage to the lake noting that <br />credited mitigation area must be above the 929.4' and below the 931.5' <br />elevation. <br />3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the new construction, the City must <br />be in receipt of a copy of a permit from the MCWD approving the flood plain <br />mitigation plan.
