NO. 1346 � .. <br /> � '���`4 <br /> • � • �.x <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A TOW-AWAY ZONE <br /> AT THE PARK LANE ACCESS AT NORTH ARM BAY . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has received complaints from the <br /> :, residents on Park Lane of a safety hazard being created by vehicles <br /> parking in the cul-de-sac at the south end of Park Lane, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono staff has reviewed the complaints <br /> of a potential safety hazard at the cul-de-sac at the south end of <br /> Park Lane, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono staff has determined that the cul-de-sac on <br /> the south end of Park Lane is not of adequate size to accomodate <br /> parking, and it is in the interest of Public Safety, Health, & Welfare <br /> to eliminate Park Lane cul-de-sac parking. <br /> NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED tha.t the Orono City Council does <br /> • hereby designate the cul-de-sac area which is sixty feet in width and <br /> one hundred feet in length, a no parking and tow away zone 24 hours a <br />� day 7 days a week, and does hereby direct the Orono Public Works Depart- <br /> ment to post the area "No Parking, Tow-Away Zone. <br /> Adopted by the Orono.
