� <br /> l .C�t� o� ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • <br /> NO. 1343 <br /> � � � A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #1333 A RESOLUTION <br /> AND AGREEMENT APPROVING DOCUMENTS PURSUANT TO THE <br /> LONG LAKE/ORONO/MEDINA SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> ' AND SERVICE AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 10, 1981 (HERE- <br /> AFTER CALLED LLOM AGREEMENT) <br /> WHEREAS, on October 28, 1981, the Orono City Council <br /> adopted Resolution #1333 a resolution approving documents pursuant <br /> to the .LLOM agreement, and <br /> • WHEREAS, on that same date, the City Engineer suggested <br /> that the estimated amount of $69,692, in item #2 of the resolution <br /> may be incorrect, and <br /> . WHEREAS, the City of Orono Fias received a revised estimate <br /> in the amount of $88,516 for the City of Orono 's share of the con- <br /> struction of Pipe D, as per the LLOM agreement, and <br /> .� WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and recommends <br /> approval of the estimated amount of $88 ,516 . for Orono's share of <br /> the construction of Pipe D,. as per the LLOM agreement. � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono that the amount stated in item #2 of Resolution #1333 <br /> � be. amended �to •be .the estimated .amourit of $88,516 as Orono' s share <br /> of Pipe D, as per the LLOM agreement. <br /> . _ .. . . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held December 14,, 1981. <br /> William B.
