The <br />site is located at 2180 Abingdon Way. The proposed work includes soil corrections and export of <br />excavated n~ateria1 to 2150 Abingdon Way. We have the following commems with regards to <br />engineering matters: <br />a The existir.g drainage easement does not encompass the delineated wetland along the east <br />and -..vest property boundaries. The appli:::ant should to corred the drainage ea.semen~s to <br />provide coverage over all wetlands on the property. <br />• Heavy-duty silt fence (detail attached~ should be installed prior to any consr.ructi:)n activity. <br />The silt fence should be installed at the loc:ation~ highiighted on the attached drawing. <br />• The drmvings should identify the alternate septic sire l0cation on Lot 6 sc th,!t it car: be <br />fenc~d ar:d protected from constructior! activity. <br />Q The narrative provided by James Robin qua,.'1tifies total cut 2nd fiil of 1,040 cubic yard:-of <br />rnate,rial.
