Box 66 <br />Crys tal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to send mailed notice to all property owners within 350' <br />of the property located at 2150 Abingdon Way and 325 Brown Road South. <br />The property owner(s) have applied for a lot line rearrangement to allow for a 60' strip <br />of land along the east line of 2510 Abingdon Way to be separated from Parcel A and <br />combined with Parcel B as shown. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on: <br />Monday, April 19 , 1999 <br />at 7:15 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono . <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney . A draft copy of <br />the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed.
