Steven Wilson <br />612 343-2844 <br />My wife and I have just completed a Lot Line rearrangement relating to Lot 5, <br />Block 1, Abingdon Glen. <br />My wife and I have gone to the City and signed the survey relating to the <br />rearrangement. In that regard, the City Council resolution referred to my wife as Susan <br />·wilson, but she is in the title as Susan D. Wilson. I was told that the resolution could be <br />revised and I would appreciate it if you would check on that. There is also a vacation of <br />easement action before the City Council on August 9, and I would appreciate it if you <br />could check that our names are correct on that as well. <br />As requested by the City, I enclose an executed new drainage and utility easement <br />as well as a report of our firm on the state of title to the property. <br />I also enclose a consent of U.S. Barik to the vacation of easement which lies <br />within an area subject to a mortgage in favor of U.S. Barik. <br />Finally, I note that Abingdon Glen is subject to a Declaration of Private Road <br />Easement and Declaration of Covenants for Maintenance of Same among the Lot owners <br />and the City of Orono. I would like the East 60 feet of Lot 5, which was the subject of <br />the Lot Line rearrangement, to be released from the Private Road Easement which <br />GRAY, PLANT, MOOTY, MOOTY & BENNETT, P.A.
