Section XIX of the City of Orono 's Aoministrative <br /> Organization (also known as the City of Ororxo's Personnel Policy) <br /> is amended to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION XIX CONFLICT OF INTEREST. <br /> � . <br /> It is exgected that every employee, ap�ointed <br /> • Qerson or elected person, shall exercise good , <br /> judgment in avoiding becoming in.volved with any <br /> conflicting outside business interest. These <br /> include, but are not limited to. the following: <br /> Sec. 19.A � <br /> � • . . � <br /> � Those in which an employee, appointed person or <br /> elected person has financial interest in, or receives <br /> benefits from, a business in which he occupies a <br /> position which may enable him to influence the placing <br /> of a City business either inside or outside the City <br /> Government . <br /> Sec. 19.B <br /> . Those in which an employee, a�pointed person or <br /> elected person accepts full or part-time work <br /> • elsewhere , where such activity interferes with <br /> � their duties and job performance.
