l C�t� of ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • <br /> NO. 1332 <br /> • � • • � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIVATE <br /> CONNECTIONS TO THE 81-1 <br /> HIGHWOOD SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10 , 1981, the Orono Council approved <br /> the construction of the 81-1 Highwood Sanitary Sewer construction; <br /> and, <br /> � WHEREAS, the construction of the sanitary sewer system <br /> was completed on October 23, 1981, with the exception of restoration; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has completed a final inspection <br /> of the construction of the sanitary sewer system with the exception <br /> of final restoration; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are residents of the 81-1 Highwood Sanitary <br /> Sewer Project who desire to connect their dwelling to the sanitary <br /> � sewer line, as soon as possible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council <br /> does hereby authorize and approve of the private connections to the <br /> sanitary sewer line . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> ' regular meeting held on October 26 , 1981. <br /> c <br /> / <br /> � <br /> William B.
