NO. 1329 <br /> • <br /> • - • • A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br /> '�-'.;�'`. :� OF NAVARRE WOODS <br /> � WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, -the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by David Myhre, Stev�n and Jean Woodrich, the ' <br /> subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting all <br /> standards of the LR-1C zoning district finding that each lot is of a <br /> size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family <br /> residence to be located without the need of any setback variances; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the subdivid.ers have completed all requirements of <br /> • the platting regulations of the City, includings - <br /> Payment to the City of a Park Dedication fee in the <br /> amount of $440. 00. <br /> Payment to the City for legal review and filing fees <br /> in the amount of $75. 00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of NAVARRE WOODS, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; subject to_the following conditions: <br /> 1) Granting of a quit claim deed to the City for <br /> public road purposes over the southwest corner <br /> of Lot 2, as, legally described in said deed. • <br /> • 2) Lotl,Block 1 is riparian to Lake Minnetonka. <br /> 3) Lot 2, Block 1 is not riparian to Lake Minnetonka, <br /> and shall -be without dockage or access rights to <br /> use of the shoreline in this plat. <br /> 4) The City Council does hereby approve joint use of <br /> the existing driveway for ingress, egress and access <br /> to both lots, subject to the recording of a private <br /> driueway and access easement between the parties. <br /> Nothing in this approval shall prevent the future <br /> . development or use of individual driveways provided • <br /> • they are located and built in conformace with all <br /> applicable ordinances and regulations. � <br />
