Area, one appointed that resides on Lake Minnetonka lake <br />shore property and two shall be appointed to represent <br />the City At Large. The Council by majority vote may <br />deviate from this policy to appoint persons without <br />specific designation. The Zoning Administrator and one <br />Council member shall be members of the Commission ex <br />officio and without vote. <br />This ordinance becomes effective from and after its <br />passage and publication on March 30, 1987. <br />Passed by the Council this 17th day of March, 1987. <br />ATTc- <br />lam s R.
