Lot area/width, hardcover, lakeshore setback variances granted in <br />1979 for room additions. Those variances allowed 636.4 square feet <br />hardcover in the 0-75' zone (17 0%) and 962 square feet in the 75-250' <br />zone (25.4%), or a total of 1,598.4 square feet total on the property, <br />where only 948.25 square feet would normally be allowed. There is adaquate site <br />distance both directions for vehicles to safely back out. The 20' <br />setback with recessed door area will allow for adaquate space to park <br />quest carp• on the property. <br />
