No. <br />Dear Mr. Moleski, <br />At the March 21, 1988 Planning Commission meeting, you requested <br />a variance to the State Building Code. <br />As stated at the meeting, neither Planning Commission nor City <br />Council can provide you with such a variance. You may take your <br />appeal to the the Board of Appeals.
