The <br />remaining accesses meet our approval. <br />The extension of the parking lot to the north will require extensive grading <br />work. We recommend that a grading plan be suhmitted indicating final contrturG <br />for that area. <br />The drop off/turn around created by extending the sidewalk onto the driving <br />surface creates a driving hazard.
