up <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, March 21, 1988 on <br />the matter of the following land use applications: <br />1 - #1248 Thomas R. Williams, Jr., 4127 Oak Street, seeks <br />renewal of lot area and width variances to allow <br />construction of a new residence. <br />2 - #1249 Daniel W. Cronen, 2780 Shadywood Road, seeks a <br />hardcover variance within the 75' to 250' setback area to <br />allow a three car garage addition. <br />3 - #1250 Dana M. Wells, 1397 Orono Lane seeks a side yard <br />setback variance for a two car garage addition. <br />4 - #1253 B. John Lindahl, Jr, 1406 Bohns Point Road, seeks <br />a street setback variance for the proposed construction of a <br />detached garage. <br />Qek <br />i1254 Trinity Lurtheran Church, 2060 Sixth Avenue North, <br />s a conditional use permit for the expansion of the <br />existing church structure and setback variances for parking <br />and church sign in street yard. <br />6 - #1256 The Metropolitan Waste Control commission will <br />require conditional use permits and variances for land <br />alteration within the lakeshore protected area and the <br />installation of utility structures within neighborhood areas <br />adjacent to the County Road 51 and 19 intersection. <br />7 - #1258 John and Kathy Ehlert, 1785 Concordia Stre <br />seeks side and lakeshore setback variances and a varian(_. <br />for a 5 foot encroachment of the flood plain for an addition <br />to the existing residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
