DATE: April 15, 1988 <br />TO: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />FROM: Mel Kilbo, Chief of Police <br />SUBJECT: 1988 Comparable Worth Compensation - Carol Hansinc7 <br />According to the 1988 Orono Comparable Worth plan and the compar- <br />able worth study, Mrs. Carol Hansing is due for an increase from <br />S-'to $8.648, effective April 12, 1988, and this memo is a <br />request for this increase. <br />Mrs. tiansinq_'s evaluation is attached to this memo and it shows <br />that she is an excellent employee who has received commendations <br />for her attention to duty as well as positive comments from both <br />officers and the general public. <br />She is a very valuable emplo,,f,P ana could be working full time <br />if she chose to do so. I request this increase be granted. <br />
