Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />Date: April 21.1988 <br />Subject: Plans and Specifications, Woodhill Road Set assessment <br />hearing date <br />Attached for review and approval are the specifications for the <br />upgrading of Woodhill Road east of Orono Orchard Road. <br />I have included only that part of the specifications for special <br />provisions and specific requirements. <br />The remainder of the specification is at the City Office for <br />review if requested. <br />As noted in the specification, the bid opening will be April 29, <br />1988 10:00 a.m. CDT. <br />It is recommended that the assessment hearing be conducted at the <br />same meeting as the bid award. <br />In order to tabulate bids and allow proper time for legal notice <br />of the public hearing, the assessment hearing and bid award will <br />have to be at the May 23, 1988 Council meeting. <br />Recommendation to approve the Plans and Specifications for <br />Woodhill Road and authorize the City Engineer to advertise for <br />bids with a bid opening on April 29, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
