Hwy 36 <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 <br />RE: 2715 Pence Lane, Orano <br />Dear Mr. Cook: <br />r�E�,,Erl <br />U <br />Enclosed are the drainage calculations for the proposed home <br />at 2715 Pence Lane. <br />We propose to build a trench drain around the walkout areo <br />which will collect the storm water runoff into a sump tank <br />Inside the home. <br />The sump tank will have two sump pumps, one as a backup, <br />sized to pump a minimum of 450 GPM. <br />A backup gas generator will be installed in the event of <br />power failure during a large storm event. <br />The pump will discharge onto the lawn with a splash plate <br />(rip rap) to dissipate the energy to prevent erosion. <br />Details of the pump, sump tank and generator will be provided <br />to the building inspectors by the Architect, Mr Larry <br />Kollmeyer, when taking out the building permit. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jonathan: L.
