Prior to completing their application their <br /> purchase fell through, therefore Mr. Trapanese officially withdrew application 04-3045. <br /> Due to the type of land use applications required the City collected a fee of$1200. I have <br /> calculated the staff time and expenses associated with this application to be $490.00 plus <br /> $129.00 for Bonestroo services. <br /> would recommend refunding $581.00 to: <br /> Gregg &Mary Jo Emfield <br /> 125 Mound Avenue <br /> Tonka Bay, MN 55331 <br /> Please authorize this refund and transmit this mem to Tom Kuehn with your signature of <br /> approval. <br />
