All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br /> You must apply for and obtain a building permit prior to commencement of construction. (The <br /> building permit application is a separate application from the zoning variance or conditional use <br /> application.) <br /> Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br /> resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br /> approval expires one year after date of approval.
