I have reviewed your engineering comments d ted September 29. <br /> At this time, we are reviewing the two alternative access points. Our strong preference will be to access the fill site over <br /> Morrie Wagener's adjacent home site (1420 Bohns Point Road). <br /> I've also made contact with Mark Gronberg regarding the drainage issues you raise on the northeast corner. In <br /> considering the issue,the drainage easement over the Mandel pro erty and benefiting the fill site property may be <br /> relevant.
