� � Clt� o� ORONO . <br /> • . � <br /> ' RESOLUTION OF THE CI�Y COUNCIL ' <br /> NO. �13�1F ' <br /> • A RESOLUTION APPROVING A E SANITARY SEWER <br /> • - • • PROJECT FOR THE SCOTCH PINE� LANE AND NORTH SHORE DRIVE AREA <br /> WHEREAS , the Orono �ouncil on September 15 , 1980 approved the <br /> cunstruction of a sanitar�� sewer system for the Scu�ch Pine Lane/North <br /> Shore Drive area ; and <br /> IJHEREAS , the construction of the sanitary sewer was constructed <br /> as per the executed contract ; and <br /> �dHEREAS , on July 15 , 1981 the construction of the sanitary sewer <br /> constructon was completed , approved , and accepted by the City Engineer , <br /> Bonestroo , Rosene , Anderlik, and Associates with the exception of minor <br /> �restoration; and <br /> WHEREAS , it is understood that there is a one year warranty <br /> for all construction and restoration ; and <br /> WHEREAS , it is fiurther understood that as per the contract that <br /> after oae year of the acceptance date of the sanitary sewer system by the <br /> City Engineer that all of t�e gravity portion of the sanitary sewer system <br /> • will be inspected by way of televis3ng to determine any deficiencies in <br /> the syste.m; and <br /> WHEREAS , if it is determined by the City �ngineer as a result <br /> of the televising of the gravity portion of the sanitary sewer system <br /> there are needed repairs that those repairs will be corrected by the <br /> contractor at no cost to the City of Orono ; and <br /> ' k'HEREAS , on July 15 , 1981 the residents affected 'oy the <br /> � construction �f the� sanitary sewer s}�stem were notified that they could <br /> connect their dwellir.g or business establishnent to the sanitary sewer <br /> system. <br /> NOW, THER�FORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Citq Council of the <br /> City of Orono does hereby accept the sanitary sewer system f�r the <br /> Scotch Pine Lane and North Shore Drive area as per the City Engineers <br /> recommendation with the conditions set forth above .
