I first <br /> learned of the Emily Program's proposal in January through the planning commission's agenda <br /> which I received by email. I've attended two city council meetings, and the community <br /> information session. I've tried to listen thoughtfully;to the issues brought forth by neighbors <br /> and Emily Program officials, and I wish to voice my upport for the Emily Program's proposed <br /> use of the Hill School property. <br /> I am in favor of the proposal for many reasons, bo iI personal and objective.
