Pb I 1 110N TO MAYOR WHITE <br /> Mayor Jim White <br /> City of Oronol <br /> 2750 Kelley Parkway <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55233 <br /> Dear Honorable Mayor White, <br /> It has come to my attention that the Emily Program, a r:nowned eating disorder clinic wishes to <br /> purchase the Hill School and convert it to a 10 bed facili' for in-patient treatment. <br /> It has also come to my attention that the Emily Program has submitted an application for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit(CUP) and for variances to setba l k and land part coverage. As of the <br /> application the Emily Program has volunteered a cove <br /> na t to their CUP application stipulating <br /> that if the Emily Program were ever to leave the Hill School location, they would petition the City <br /> for removal of that CUP.
