!' <br /> i <br /> � Cit� o� ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. � �o� <br /> • � • � A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE SANITARY SEWER <br /> PROJECT FOR THE WEST FERNDALE ROAD AND ORONO LANE AREA. <br /> � WHEREAS, the Orono City Council on September 15, 1980 <br /> approved the construction of a sanitary sewer system for the <br /> West Ferndale and Orono Lane area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the sanitary sewer was constructed <br /> as per the executed contract; and <br /> . WHEREAS, on July 15, 1981 the construction of the sanitary <br /> sewer construction was completed, approved, and accepted by the City <br /> Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates with the exception <br /> of minor restoration; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is understood that there is �a one year warranty for <br /> all construction and restoration; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is further understood that as per the contract <br /> that after one year of the acceptance date of the sanitary sewer system <br /> by the City Engineer that al1 of the gravity portion of the sanitary <br /> • sewer system wi11 be inspected by way of televising to determine any <br /> deficiencies in the system; and <br /> WHEREAS, if it is determined by the City Engineer as a <br /> result of the televising of the gravity portion of the sanitary sewer <br /> system there are needed repairs that those repairs will be corrected <br /> by the contractor at no cost to the City of Orono; and <br /> . WHEREAS, on July 15th, 1981 the residents affected by the <br /> construction of the sanitary sewer system were notified that they could <br /> connect their dewlling or business establishment to the sanitary sewer <br /> system. <br /> NOW, �THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono does hereby accept the sanitary sewer system for the <br /> West Ferndale Road and Orono Lane area as per the City Engineers <br /> recommendation with the conditions set forth above.
