' 1303 <br /> 4 . <br /> � � � � <br /> � -:�N',jY�'y i�" <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> AND SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF LONG LAKE - CITY OF ORONO - CITY OF NlEDINA <br /> WHEREAS, Long Lake has constructed and owns and operates <br /> various trunk and lateral sanitary sewer lines which serve various <br /> land areas in Orono; and <br /> WHEREAS, Orono will construct and/or has constructed <br /> ' and owns and operates various trunk and lateral sanitary sewer <br /> lines which serve various land areas in Orono; and <br /> WHEREAS, Medina has a present pollution problem existing <br /> with on-site septic systems in that area of Medina known as Medina- <br /> Morningside, and therefore, Medina desires to connect the Medina- <br /> Morningside area to the Orono trunk sewer system; and <br /> • WHEREAS, Orono and Long Lake are willing. to assist Medina <br /> in solving those pollution problems; and <br /> WHEREAS, Orono has agreed to allow the City of Medina to <br /> connect the Medina-Morningside area of Medina to• the Orono sanitary <br /> • sewer line which connects to Long Lake 's sewer system; and <br /> WHEREAS, Long Lake is willing to allow this connection; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono <br /> approves the Sanitary Sewer Construction and Service Agreement <br /> _ between the City of Long Lake-City of Orono-City of Medina allowing <br /> �``�-the construction of pipes A & D and service of pipes A, B, C, D, E & <br /> F. <br /> ..�- Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held August 10 , 1981. <br /> ,�: ;� -� .� . <br /> �` , . <br /> - �� ���_,; � W' lliam B.
