NO. � 1302 <br /> , � .�r, �. <br /> . - <br /> ,,• `...,. •:;, <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND <br /> ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> LS-1981-1 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br /> construction of a municipal sanitary sewer lateral for the North <br /> Shore Drive/Highwood area of the City, several different bids were <br /> received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Ideal Enterprises, Eden Prairie, <br /> Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder for this improvement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council presently intends to proceed with <br /> construction of the improvement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono, Minnesota: <br /> • 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to enter into the attached contract with . <br /> Ideal Enterprises in the name of the City of Orono, i <br /> according to the plans and specifications therefore <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk. i <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br /> their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br /> bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retain�d <br /> until the contract is signed. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br /> regular meeting held on the l� day of August , 1981 by a vote of <br /> 5 Ayes and � Nays. , <br /> �^J . <br /> William B.
